It involves planning, organizing, and running the day. The planning stage is when decide and confirm many of the preliminary details such as venue, fees, teams, sponsors, registration and prizes. Organizing is preparing and detailing the schedules for the day of the volleyball tournament. Running the day is gathering equipment, setting up courts and areas for spectators, keeping score, managing logistics, trouble-shooting, and presenting awards.
